Card creation:

To add a card, press the „Display“ button in the top bar and then press "Cards". 

 

Next, select the card from the list and confirm your selection by clicking "OK". 

 

You can also add a new card by clicking the „Add“ button. After filling in the data, press "OK". By selecting the type of card process, the card will perform that process. 

 

You can also fill in additional data according to your needs. 

Result Review:

Situation: 

In this example, you need to find all the records and report all the cargos brought by Juozas Juozaitis from May 21, 2019. 

Step 1 - Open the table "Results". 

In the menu above, press "History" to select "Results" from the drop-down list. 

 

Step 2 - Choose to set up a driver filter. 

Press "no value" next to "Driver". 

 

Step 3 - Set up a driver filter. 

From the list of existing drivers, we choose "Juozaitis". 

 

Step 4 - Set the direction and date. 

In the "direction" section choose "Cargo". Also check the box next to "From" and set the date from which we want to see the results. 

 

Step 5 - Updating the results list. 

Press the second button on the right side bar. Review the updated results table. 

 

Step 6 - Generate Report. 

Select the record whose report will be generated and press the third button on the right side bar. 

 

Step 7 - Prints selected record report. 

In the report window click on the printer icon on the control bar.  

 

Step 8 - Set up the printer. 

In the newly opened window, we select the printer by name and press the OK button. 

 

Step 9 - Restoring Filters. 

Select the filter in the same way as in the second step, then press "Nothing". It is important to update the list as it was done in step five. 

 

Step 10 - Delete selected result. 

Pick an item that you want to remove and press in the fourth icon on the right side bar. 

 

Step 11 - Confirm deletion of the selected result. 

The system requires confirmation of deletion of the record, press "OK". 

 

Step 12 - Deleting All Results. 

If you want to delete all the records, press the next to last icon on the right side bar. 

 

Step 13 - Confirm All Results Deletion. 

The system requires you to confirm deletion of all records, press "OK". 

 

WEIGHING

WEIGHING IS MADE WHILE VEHICLE IS ON SCALES 

Full -> Empty

Arrives full 

To start the weighing process for a full vehicle, press "START: Full vehicle arrives". 

 

Step 1. 

In the opened window start filing information by adding a vehicle.  Press „(no value)“ and select a vehicle from the list, confirm your choice by pressing „OK“. 

 

 

You can also add a new vehicle by pressing „New“. After completing the vehicle data, press „OK“ to save the data. When you select a vehicle, press „OK“. 

 

Step 2. 

Weigh the vehicle. The weighing of the vehicle is performed by pressing „ << Weigh“. 

 

 

Step 3. 

Specify the load. By pressing "(no value)" you can choose a product from the list or add a new one by clicking "Add". 

 

 

Provide cargo data by pressing „OK“, select a load and confirm. 

 

Step 4. 

Save the information. All information is saved by clicking "Save data" and confirmed by pressing "OK". 

Departs empty 

To start weighing the outgoing vehicle, press „FINISH: Empty vehicle departs". 

A new window will show up. 

Step 1. 

Select your vehicle and confirm your selection by pressing „OK“. 

Step 2. 

Press „<<Weigh“ to get the vehicle weight. 

 

Step 3. 

The program automatically calculates the actual net weight.

Additional info.
Fill in all required fields of additional information at your own discretion.

Step 4. 

Confirm the weighing by pressing „Save result“. After validating the result, the system deletes the vehicle from the existing vehicle list. 

Pressing "Save and Print" will save the weighing result and open the data print window. Pressing the print button will print a data sheet. 

 Empty -> Full

Arrives empty 

To start the weighing process for a full vehicle, press „START: Empty vehicle arrives“. 

 

Start filling from the vehicle selection in the opened window by pressing "empty". 

 

Step 1. 

Add a vehicle. When you open the vehicle window, you can select a vehicle from the list, to confirm your choice press “OK“. 

 

You can also press the „Add“ button to add a new vehicle. After completing the vehicle data, press „OK“ to save the data. When you select a vehicle, press „OK“.  

 

Step 2. 

Weigh the vehicle. The weighing of the vehicle is performed by pressing „<< Weigh“ button. 

 

Step 3. 

Complete weighing by pressing „Save data“ to save all data. Confirm data saving by pressing „OK“. 

 

Departs full 

To start weighing the outgoing vehicle, press „FINISH: Full vehicle departs".

Select your vehicle and confirm your selection by pressing „OK“. 

Step 2. 

Press „<<Weigh“ to get vehicle weight. 

Step 3. 

Program automatically calculates net weight.
